Triple VIP Black™ Membership Terms

1. What the membership is

Triple VIP Black™ is an AI-powered travel intelligence membership. It removes free-tier limits, unlocks the full match set and unlimited saved trips, and gives you Triple VIP Concierge™ for planning, comparison and booking assistance.

Triple VIP Black™ is not a human concierge service, a travel agency or a booking service. Concierge helps you find, compare and organise travel; you make and pay for every booking yourself with the provider.

2. Subscription and automatic renewal

The membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for a monthly plan, yearly for a yearly plan — at the then-current rate, until you cancel.

Your payment method is charged on each renewal date. The exact price, interval and next billing date are shown before you pay and afterwards on your account page.

3. Introductory pricing

Where an introductory rate is offered on the monthly plan, it applies for the stated number of billing periods only. After that the membership renews at the standard monthly rate shown at checkout.

The introductory rate is available once per account. Cancelling and rejoining does not reset it.

4. Yearly plans

A yearly membership is charged in full at the start of each yearly period and renews annually. We email you a renewal reminder before each annual renewal, showing the date and the amount.

5. Changing your plan

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from your account. Switches take effect at your next renewal: nothing is charged, credited or pro-rated in the middle of a period, and the period you already paid for runs to its end.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then your account returns to free access.

Your Travel DNA, saved trips and history are not deleted when a membership ends. Free-tier limits apply again.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Fair use of Concierge

Concierge is for your own personal travel planning. We apply fair-use protections against automated, commercial or abusive use, and we may limit or suspend Concierge access where use is clearly outside personal travel planning.

9. Price changes

We may change membership prices. Your existing plan price continues until we notify you by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect on your renewal. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Billing questions: billing@triplevip.ai.

11. Membership content and limits

We may add, change or retire membership features as the product develops. We will not materially reduce the core of what you pay for during a paid period without offering you a refund of the unused portion.
