Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we provide

Triple VIP is a travel intelligence service. We help you decide where to go and when to go, using structured destination data, seasonality modelling and AI assistance.

We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel or booking platform. We do not sell travel, and we are not a party to any booking you make with a third party.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save trips, keep your Travel DNA and hold a membership. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account or a paid membership.

3. Free and paid access

Some features are available at no cost, with usage limits. Triple VIP Black™ is a paid membership with its own terms, set out in the Triple VIP Black™ Membership Terms.

We may change what is included in free access, and we may change usage limits, at any time. Material changes to a paid membership are covered by the membership terms.

4. Intelligence is guidance, not a guarantee

Our recommendations, scores, seasonality assessments and Concierge responses are informational. They are produced from data and models that can be incomplete, out of date or wrong for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for verifying anything that matters before you commit money or travel: prices, availability, opening dates, weather, local conditions, safety, entry requirements, visas, health requirements and insurance.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-extract, resell or redistribute our destination intelligence, scores or Concierge output.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our models, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to submit.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit — quiz answers, notes, saved trips and Concierge messages. You give us the licence we need to operate the service for you: to store your content, process it, and use it to produce your recommendations.

We use aggregated and de-identified information to improve our intelligence. That work never publishes anything that identifies you.

7. Our content

The service, its design, its destination intelligence, its scoring and the Triple VIP and Triple VIP Black™ marks are ours or our licensors'. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

8. Third parties

Where we link to or surface a third-party provider, that provider's own terms apply to whatever you buy or book from them. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can interrupt access.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time and close your account from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.

If we close a paid membership for a breach that is not your fault, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel costs, missed travel, cancellation costs or losses arising from decisions you make using our intelligence. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may publish a new version of these terms. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If a change materially affects a paid membership, we notify members by email before it takes effect.
